Well, it was supposed to be $1.54 but since there is a $0.02 fee for the cashout request, there is a slight deduction. Anyways, this site pays within a couple of hours so I guess it's OK. Retobux was hacked!

For those who have no idea as to what happened to Retrobux, a PTC site who had just launched and gained a rating of 7.35 from Uronlinebiz (a respectable PTC info site), here's some bad news for all of you.

The site Retrobux, according to our reliable sources, was hacked on June 10th. Before the said hacked date, however, we already found some anomaly on the site like our upline who was Phil101 (Uronlinebiz's writer) changing into somebody else, then, a few days later, ads suddenly disappear and we were left with nothing to click.

Now with regards to Uronlinebiz's rating, it looks like the 7.35 score was a mistake as this site was rumored to have been run by the scammer, Alex Davies, who ran the scam sites Agebux, and Directbux in the past.

Now, we cannot confirm if this site is a scam as of this time, but we believe the truth will come out eventually.

CoinMachine hacked?

The PTC site CoinMachine had announced and claimed that they were hack and got their database altered.. here is the email from new CoinMachine admin, Justin.

When I logged into the site, I noticed that my cashout request of $0.27 was canceled and was never returned to my earnings. While the admin says his sorry, I am also sorry to say that we can no longer trust this site. There are some anomalies with regards to this incident.

Something's Fishy!

Following Josh Rodarte's farewell, we have found some unusual changes on the site that lead us to predict its eminent downfall. The first changes were the sudden increased in ads, and earning potential for members. We have doubts that the PTC site had been throwing ads from BlackGold PTC for free, thus, doubling his advertisers chances to get visitors for the same cost, but disregarding his member's efforts. The move of suddenly claiming a hack was to be expected. This claim will free the admin from responsibility and excuse him for inability to pay. While this opinion is just a personal opinion, we still feel that it was the admin's responsibility to protect the site from any attacks. Well, this hack thing has not happened while Josh Rodarte was still in-charge, so we highly suspect that something's fishy is really going on.

As you can see, even the former admin was having doubts of the new admins suspicious actions.

We will keep investigating on this site, but for now, we will remove it from the Paying Sites List. Looks like a Red Flag has been raised.

Orangebizs pays again!

The site PTC/PTR site Orangebizs paid me again, now on its second paying spree. And yes, we can say that this is one of the legitimate sites on the net. To prove that I'm not just endorsing my referral link, here's the proof..

It's a great site with plenty of cash links to click. The pay is not that big compared to other PTC sites but their sincerity could justify for it. Anyway, which is much better, a high paying site that delay payments or a small payer that pays on time?

Bux.to Sunday Bonus

The leader of the PTC industry, Bux.to, has announced last month that there will be more ads to click on every Sundays. The announcement was followed by a growing number of ads on the site every Sundays, just as it was announced. Today, we found 17 ads on the site, and with each ad worth 1 cent, we could grab a nice 17 cents for the day, excluding referral earnings.

This is a great Sunday bonus. Bux.to looks as if its trying to give its members a taste of what its like to be an upgraded member. This move may help bring more people to the site, and may convince non-premium members to upgrade. It could also suffice the growing frustrations over delayed payouts, though one could still wonder if its really worth to upgrade amidst the problems over payout.

The Bux3 Network turning into scam?

We have found some unusual activities going on with the Bux3 Network, the same network responsible for Bux3.com, Bux3.net, World-bux.com, Traffic-masters, Extreme-bux, Extreme-ads, Extreme-earnings, Masterclicks, Moneycycler, Alertpayrandomizer, and Max-PTC. It had been rumored that the owner, Ronnie, had been creating too many sites to help finance his failing network, and has started to scam people by taking in people's money through upgrades and referral sells from some of his sites then disappear only to make a new one.

The Bad Sites

Traffic-masters and Extreme-bux are two of those sites that suddenly disappeared without a hint.

The site Traffic Masters set their TOS to must upgrade in order to get paid, then it disappeared. Leaving those who upgraded, with their jaws hanging.

There were also unhappy members at Extreme-bux, who are complaining about their purchases and payments. And, since the site vanish, they were left with nothing to earn.

The site Masterclicks seemed to have also followed the Traffic-masters scheme and is now requiring you to upgrade in order to get paid. There is no assurance that it will not follow the footsteps of its sister site though.

Rumor has it that the site Moneycycler, another one of Ronnie's sites, does not cycle at all.

There had already been a lot of bad sites coming from the Bux3 network. The sites mentioned above are just examples of it.

Ronnie the Scammer?

We do not know why the once popular and legitimate Bux3 Network had resorted to scam. But according to our sources, Ronnie is starting new sites to finance the main sites, if that is true, then it certainly looks like the Bux3 Network is running out of funds and is starting to crumble down.

No-Minimum $400 Spam

I would like to warn everyone about the No-minimum spam mails, distributed by those internet losers who could not earn anything without cheating and swindling people. The email looks like this...

Apparently, this email will direct you to a phishing site owned by a scum who eats dirt for breakfast. Do not fall for these low Intellects. No-minimum does not give $400 without any reason, no site does and no site will, except for scam sites of course.

Aha! Scam!

Ahacash.com is another one of those unsustainable scams that are still active on the net today. The design of the site looks as if it was made by a noob, and resembles that of an old DOS operating system. To add insult to the injury, the site revealed itself even more with an unbelievable offer of 5, 20, and 50 cent per mail read BS. The advertising package on the other hand is cheap as what you'll always expect from a site operating as a scam.

Aha scam is not the place to make money online, as the only money you'll earn here is a play money.

CoinMachine.info under new ownership

Just recently, the PTC Site, CoinMachine.info was transferred to a new owner named Justin, the very same admin who runs the PTC Site Black Gold PTC. And while there are rumors that the PTC site no longer pays, the admin stated that this issue is not true, and he pays every Tuesday.

The reason why the former admin Josh Rodarte left was beyond us, though the site's slow growth could be one of the reasons. But, his departure will surely be missed. Gotta say this for the man, he knows how to make an exit. He had managed to maintain his good name and reputation to the end, and while he departs CoinMachine, he departs with a good title. Honesty and integrity is what he demonstrated on CoinMachine, and all of that will be remembered. He was not at all defeated as people will continue to remember his good name.

The new admin also seems promising. This guy seemed to be equip with experience since he was Blackgold PTC's admin afterall. The first thing he does on CoinMachine was raised the earning potential for all members. From 10% referral earnings, he raised it to 25%. There are some changes on the ads too. You may notice that some of the usual ads were gone and replaced with new ones. The ad earnings seemed to have raised as well. We figured out that this was a way to attract more members, and with more members comes more advertisers.

Gea.theynatural.com: Canadian Pharmacy Scam!

I got more updates on the Canadian Pharmacy scam that had been trying hard to promote itself through botnets. It seems that the scam has not died out, and had been acting violently these last few weeks, and if not for the anti-spam filters, we would have already been drowned from the flood of these unsolicited emails. Today, I've discovered another link from one of the spam mails that points to the same scam. They seem to have use a subdomain this time, but the main domain is still Canadian Pharmacy scam. The subdomain is gea.theynatural.com, a scam site that sells cheap medicines at the risk of your health and money. Do not let these crooks fool you.. they are cheaters!

Unfortunately, the reason why spammers are still around is because of the fact that the net never runs out of suckers. As long as there are people to fool, the bad guys will always survive.

4bux is no more!

It has only been a few days since we criticized this site, and who could have thought that the results were immediate?

Today, I've heard from one of our news sources that the PTC site, 4bux.info, has closed down and leave a statement that's surprisingly similar to Paid.vg, a PTC site that also failed the contest.

It's been a short, fun, and hectic 2.9 months. However my recent plan to turn the site into a premium member only site has failed. My intentions for doing so were to keep the site from going bankrupt and to always be able to pay the members, however this was met with a lot of criticism. Many people around the internet are calling 4bux.info a scam which has ruined its reputation and I do not see it ever returning to its original state. If I tried to return it to the old 4bux, it wouldn't be the same, it would only last another month at most and fall apart. I was too nice, $0.02 clicks and $500 payouts were not working for the site structure. Part of the problems occurring from a faulty database transfer, resetting balances to zero, and a bad time to do a site change. A premium member based PTC could produce a pretty powerful PTC site, but at the same time it's a PTC site. Because of that I'm going to have to agree with the former owners of Paid.vg, PTC sites simply are a terrible business model, they don't work. They can never balance because getting advertisers is nearly impossible, no one wants to buy 1,000 visitors for $19.99. If you look around the web you can find 1,000 quality visitors for $6.95.

That said, I'm sure you can figure out what is happening to 4bux.info. The site is closing, effective immediately. Anyone who bought a membership, referrals, or advertising on the "new" 4bux.info will be refunded. Both standard and premium members will be receiving payments anyone who does not receive a payment is to abide by ToS bullet number 8.

While this isn't the choice I'd like to use, all members registered under these terms of conditions. Payments will be sent out over the next few hours. Also, to anyone even slightly interested in running a PTC site. Do NOT, it's a terrible idea. The sites don't balance enough and are risky. To members looking to purchase something off a new PTC site. Look around if they advertise on other sites, they may be trustworthy because they are spending money. Don't buy anything off a new and unprofessional/cookie cutter looking web site. I will probably never run a site like this again.

The business model sucks?

Not at all, the PTC model is not the best model for advertisers as far as quality visitors are concerned, but this advertising model could guarantee some larger hits compared to the standard PPC model used by giant companies such as Google and Yahoo. Moreover, it ensures instant traffic, so PTC are still an alternative advertising model that's still attractive for advertisers even up to now. The only problem is the competition among PTC sites.. New PTC sites come out every now and then, and this somehow splits the stream of advertisers. So, what happens is that the competition turns out to be a survival of the fittest type, and the best PTC stays! Unfortunately for 4bux.info, they get left behind, and without proper experience and skills, the business model will really press on them, but then again, there is no business model that's 100% perfect.

What determines every business model is the way it is being handled. As a businessman, you have to know what business model you are adept at, you should know how to utilize it, you should understand how it works, and you should know its weaknesses. Unfortunately, 4bux didn't know how to steer the model and that's the main reason why it failed.

Irresponsibility of the Admin

Paid.vg and 4bux admin shares a common trait. Both are irresponsible! Blaming a model that works on their control is an act of escaping responsibility. Note that the model does not work on its own as if its some kind of automated process. It rests upon the control of the admins. How it works is determined by the admins' proficiency. If they are not skilled or diligent enough, things could really turn bad for them. So who's to blame? The PTC model that worked to some PTC Sites, or an admin who failed in the PTC business model? Well, as far as I know, there is no PTC site if there is no admin behind it.

Promises are made to be broken

I would like to tell everybody reading this blog to watch out for liars in the net. Believe me, there are plenty of them. And just to convey my warning, here's a personal experience I would like to share..

I had joined under a woman from Portugal, who promised to pay an additional dough if you make her enough clicks on certain PTC sites. She uses the username Holly2007 most of the time, and you can find her joining on almost every PTC site you can find in the web, including scam sites. She has this blog entitled Making Free Money Online, which I find interesting at first. So, I contacted her to set up an agreement, and she told me that everything's listed on the site. So, I browse a little and found the conditions and this is what it contains..

Well, I did believe the BS, and decided to give it a try, after all, this is a lady, I thought to myself.

The Lie!

I was wondering why she offers to pay $1.50 for 200 clicks on any site, including those that fall behind the $0.01 per ad click quota or below the 100% referral earning, without even considering that she'd lost the deal, but, when I meet her conditions, I found the reason..

When I try to contact her through the email she provided on her site, I could no longer contact her. It seems she tries to evade me now.. I searched for her and I found all her mud tracks scattering all throughout the web. Using the dirt she left, I manage to get to her, but she now refuses to communicate. Well, now that she has earned from me, she now chooses to ditch me, and I believe, I am not the only one who was treated this way.

Now, just when I thought I could trust a woman, I found myself falling to another liar's tactic. Fortunately, I didn't upgrade on any of the sites she'd recommended, so it was easy for me to withdraw from these sites. While I don't mind joining under total strangers and help them out, which I had done in the past, I don't like being lied, so she became an exception. Upon lying, I immediately stopped being her referral. I said to myself, why should I help someone who has betrayed my trust? And while I can't call her a scammer, she is somewhat close to being like one since she promotes her trickster site on the web.

Justifying the lies!

There could be reasons as to why she never responds. It's either she don't have the money or intends to leech people from the start. Let's assume she couldn't afford to pay as she had promised, well, she could have just, at least, respond and tell the truth. However, she chooses to ignore. Such bad attitude doesn't deserve a good referral. And it's really sad that she had to lie to people just to earn money. Well, guess what.. bad begets bad, and there's no justification for this act.. to me, she is just another example of those selfish greedy people, who had more to lose than to gain.

Also note that she join scam sites, so I strongly suggest everybody not to follow her.. Do not get tempted by her offers. All of it are just BS. I had seen them so I know.. I could only hope that everybody learns from my mistake. That's the purpose of this blog anyway.

4bux gone mad!

4Bux.info has resurfaced after a sudden disappearance that lasted for a few days. Apparently, the site looks as if it had changed script, and with it comes some new rules that's both shocking and disappointing to old members.

The new 4Bux.info site isn't the same as it use to be. There are some changes that made old users unhappy about it. The first among the issues is the sudden change from a free PTC site to a Premium only PTC site. Meaning, you won't get paid if you don't upgrade. Another thing is deletion of accounts. The TOS of this site permit them to delete accounts at will, but it's kind of unfair for them to do this after people clicked their ads. Now, they are asking people to sign up and start from zero again, which is of course, very unlikely, now that people know what this site is capable of doing.

The TOS Sucks!

We don't know what push this site to change rules, but the site seems to be doing this only to protect itself. While upgrading does elicit some loyalty, it's not always to the benefit of the member. There is one rule in 4bux's TOS that really sucks.. this rule..

8) There is a possibility that 4bux.info can NOT pay its members.

One may wonder if this site is really capable of paying, now that they are for premium members only. Upgrading, however, does not really ensure that you always get paid, and with this rule in place, they look as if they try to render themselves free from accountability, in case they screw up.

4bux in demise?

The offers on this site isn't really eye catching, add the fact that they are a premium only site, and with only 142 members. We are wondering if they would be able to attract enough advertisers to advertise on the site. While all members are upgraded members, this does not guarantee that they are all quality hits.

With the competition going around, it's kind of odd for 4bux to worsen their offers. We could be seeing this site's demise, yet, who knows if this business strategy would work for the better. Only time will tell, but for us, we are done with this site.

No more Paid Ads for Adverbux

Recently, the former PTC/Offers Site, Adverbux, has moved out of the PTC industry. As you can see, they no longer accept PTC advertisers and no longer has this Paid ad feature in their system.

The site has now focused its efforts on Offers such as Paid to Sign Up, Paid to play flash games, and Manual Traffic Exchanges. While these offers are still going to earn you money, only the Flash games could really earn you a daily income. The Paid to Sign Up features offers some promising high pays but you have to make some extra effort before you can avail them (ie. Sign Up under a referrer on a particular site and click a number of ads), and it's going to take you from days to weeks. Sometimes, you may need to remind the sponsor for them to credit you, and sometimes you may need to fight for it. The Manual Traffic Exchange is still a neat feature for advertisers, unfortunately, it could become bounced hits in a few days.

The outcome for this move is still uncertain, and there's no telling whether it will work for the best or will pull Adverbux down, but only time will tell if it's going to work out. So far, the Alexa rating isn't going good for this site.

Phishing for Adwords

Over these past few weeks, spam emails seemed to have increased significantly. Probably because the lame fraudsters are not making enough money or maybe they are suffering from lack of attention lately. Perhaps, but these good for nothing fraudsters never run out of cheap tricks. And just recently, those Bolan****s from China had unleashed another Phishing scam through spam mails. Their target.. Adwords advertisers. And while we admire the Chinese for their ingenuity in handling businesses, we can't neglect the fact that some of them are losers, who can't do anything good except for making the Chinese reputation on the web look bad.

The spam email contents look like they are coming from the Google Adwords program. Although they include typos, many small business owners advertising on Google Adwords wonder if this phishing emails are real.

How to avoid the Scam?

If you have a question about any emails like these, we suggest that you do not click on the link contained in these spam mails. Instead, log into your account the way you normally do. If there is really a problem with your billing or other information, you'll see it when you log into your account. Better yet, contact Google's support team and ask for confirmation, and never hesitate to report these fraudulent emails to Google.

CoinMachine's New Addon Script

One of the legitimate sites, CoinMachine.info, has recently incorporated a new addon script on their site. This new addon has changed the surfing experience for the better as you wouldn't need to open and close a new browser anymore.

What is does is open a frame on the same page. Advertisers could still get their view while the timer counts down because the users are still free to browse the advertiser's site. At the end of the count down timer, the surfer will still undergo a security check, in which the user is asked to select the correct answer among the choices inside the frame. If the surfer picks the correct answer, the frame will remain, but will have the option to either close the site or continue browsing. If the Close option is picked, the frame redirects the user to the CoinMachine site, where he could proceed on the next ad. So far, this feature has been implemented on the PTC section, but have not been implemented on the PTR (Pay to read) section yet. There have been no word from our good admin if there are plans to install this addon to both sections, but he's currently beta testing it if it suits the users' satisfaction.

So far, CoinMachine is the only PTC/PTR site running on aurora script that uses this feature. CoinMachine's admin, Josh Rodarte, seems to really care about his members and affiliates, evidenced by his dedication to this project. He endeavors to do everything he could to make our stay on the site a pleasant one.

No-minimum.com does pay!

No-Minimum is a PTC/PTR site owned by the MoneyMoneyGroup. The same group that owns Donkeymails. A legitimate site that is 2 yrs. old already. The administrator of this site is Guy Eisenga and Sebas Broekhof. Both are well known for their honesty.

I have joined this site for 2 mos. already and since I'm working alone, it kinda took me some time before I could finally reach my paypal cashout at $1. The payout procedure, however, didn't take a week, and in just few days time, I received my payment. Here's my payment proof..

Identity Thief by definition is a fraudulent act that involves stealing money or getting other benefits by pretending to be someone else. Of course, if you were the victim, you could suffer various consequences as you will be held responsible for the perpetrator's actions.

But how do these identity thieves manage to obtain your information? Well, unfortunately, there are a lot of ways, but I will be focusing on one major scheme commonly used by these idiots.. Spam Emails!

The Method

Most identity thieves steal identity through emails, but since it's difficult to email everyone one by one, they use robots to crawl the web, steal email addresses, and use robots to mail everyone automatically. Most email services had already device a way to get rid of such emails by filtering them, but sometimes, some of these manage to land on your Inbox. Eventually, some users who are not aware of it, may read it.. This is what it contains.. See example below..

It usually contains.. the "wow, you win the online lottery" message. Other's even pretend to be lawyers and asks you to be the beneficiary of an inheritance. Other's still asks you to become a business associate. Whatever the scam message.. they always ask you to give them your Personal Information.

Note that there is no online lottery that is based on email addresses and is conducted automatically. If you haven't participated it, do not act so greedy of claiming the reward even if the prizes are tempting. Only a spam robot would steal email ads, and only a scammer would conduct such drawings, moreover, there is no prize.. unless, you can consider getting your identity stolen a prize.

As for the lawyer-beneficiary scheme, no one's stupid enough to just make you inherit a load of wealth. If someone dies, and has no kin, his/her fortune will usually be escheated to the treasury of a particular country, where the decease person left his/her wealth, of course, this depends on the law governing such cases, but by any means, do not act as the beneficiary when you don't even know the decease person. If you submit your information to claim such wealth, you'll surely inherit the crime of the identity thief.

Other methods include advertising your profile on forums, social networking sites, etc. Doing this will certainly make the thieve's work much easier.

Prevention

To prevent your identity stolen, as a golden rule, always never give your personal information to strangers or any unauthorized agent. Do not register your personal information on unregistered or unsecured sites, most especially on scam sites. Do not loiter your email ad on just any sites, this will help spam robots steal your account, and increases your chances of receiving the fraudulent email.

Waolina.com: Smuggler's den?

I was tired of reading repetitive spam emails of Viagra products lately, but another brand new thing caught my eye while I browse my spam email folder this morning. The new link was Waolina.com. A site that sells watches, necklaces, and other accessories. It looks like an ordinary site with a nice design, but the thing that sparked my curiosity was the way it advertises itself. Why through spam? Now, that's a mystery since we very much know that spamming is illegal.



So, with that said, I went on to check who was responsible of such site, and it gave me this result..

OK, no wonder this site contains cheap products, and special offers.. it's from Xinnet again, and they have been actually violating the Internet Law by propagating itself through an illegal procedure known as spamvertise. Now, if it's from Xinnet, it's certified scam, and that's enough reason for us to blacklist this site.

WordLinx's improvements

Good news for WordLinx members. The site that had been around since 2003 had launched a new business system that was said to expand WordLinx's presence on the Net using a Junction technology that creates a brand new entry point for advertisers via promotion, affiliates, and now, including resellers. As you can see, this increases advertising flow considerably as more advertisers mean more paid adverts. If you are a WordLinx member, you may now have noticed that the ads had increased dramatically, even if you are a non-upgraded member.

This system was started on May 15th, as was scheduled. If the system continues to work for the company, then we can expect WordLinx to rise from its stagnant position.

History

WordLinx had also included on their blog some historical facts about the company. They stated that several years ago, WordLinx was the first major PTC with a $0.01 per click and $10 cashout structure. Since then, many websites have copied their system in an attempt to replicate their success. They also stated that there are now hundreds of similar sites in the Net today, most charging much more for the same service. And for over the last few months, they have been developing a brand new system that would provide more paid adverts for everyone. They boast that it's unlike anything we've ever seen before.

Earn3 has gone 10

The PTC site, Earn3, has announced this 10th of May, the raising of their minimum payout from $3 to $10. There are few reasons as to why they raise the payout, and it's no different from the reasons of the other PTC sites that also started at low then suddenly raise to $10 minimum. One of the main reasons is the massive payout that's not only difficult for the administrators but is also risky for the business, as the site may have to catch up with time and money.

The site Earn3 may have already been aware of this since from the start, but they thought of this as a good strategy to catch up attention. Anyway, as long as they pay, there's really nothing wrong with this move. However, it seems that the name Earn3 doesn't suit them anymore. Perhaps they should change that name to Earn10 as well. LOL.

Orangebizs is one of the PTC/PTR Sites that actually pays, and it pays on a weekly basis. The income I got from this site is small compared to the new generation PTC sites nowadays, but hey, at least, it pays on time, and consistently.

What happened to Getbux.in?

Recently, the PTC site known as GetBux.in had disappeared without a trace, leaving many of the members to worry that they had been scammed. This is the headline that caught my attention in one of my PTC news sources. However, it was also said that the administrator of the alleged site made a conscious effort to inform some of the users that the site had actually been hacked with the Alertpay account blocked.

The owner, Mark L, had said that it first seemed impossible for the site to be hacked, but everyone will be given notice when the site is backed up. He, however, failed to explain the process of this hacking attempt and why it has also affected the site's Alertpay account.

Of course it would be no surprise for a payment processor to freeze the account of a site that sites a problem. But, according to many of the users, they were not informed quick enough that the site had been hacked. This could have resulted in complaints directed at Alertpay regarding the site shortly after it went down.

Buxology is back but with some problems!

The PTC site, Buxology, is now back online, now running under the aurora script. While this resurrection seemed to cheer a lot of Buxology members, there are others who were not happy of the problems it brought from the grave.

One of the problems it has is with the accounts. Some accounts were no longer accessible for some unknown reason. You can contact the admin Creonx though, and he will try to help you. However, we have found one member who got his account deleted for calling Creonx a liar. Apparently, Buxology's sudden disappearance had worried everyone, and had angered some who were misinformed. Other problems include the email verification system, and the forgot password feature, which seem to be not working right. The admin is currently dealing with it.

Criticisms

To be honest, I don't like Creonx's behavior and how he handles the site, but this is my personal opinion anyway. The account deletion due to calling the admin a liar was not a good thing. For the admin to take it seriously is totally unprofessional, moreover, there is no TOS in the site that states that doing this kind of thing would get you banned or deleted, thus, this act by the admin was invalid. You see, it does not mean that just because you are the admin, you could do anything you want in the site. You still have to do things by the rule!

Another bad thing that we noticed on Buxology is the backup procedure. Some members found their earnings deducted. The admin told everybody that this was because of the fact that they had to use an older Database Backup. Meaning, the earnings you accrued after the backup were not counted. Well, it's a sound reason, as long as they had also discounted the advertising fee right after the backup, otherwise, it would be cheating for the site. Why have they not backup using the recent database anyway? Well, that's the question that only the admin of Buxology knows.

Now, with regards to TOS, the site seemed to lack some more definitive terms. In case you did not read their TOS, you may find that there is no terms that covers payment issues. They did not state anything how much you have to make to get paid, and they didn't state when are you going to get paid. Now, this is sort of odd for a PTC site, that is why I'm getting out of it right now.

Bux.to payment issues still linger

Members of the largest PTC site, Bux.to, are still plagued by the long cashout delays brought about by the site's "extensive auditing", now, you can find a lot of people at the forum, complaining about the payout overdue.

The site admins defended themselves by reasoning that they have a lot of members to pay, and that they have to manually check every account carefully to make sure that it is not fraudulent in nature. They also changed the TOS, including the 60 days for Non-premium, and 30 days for Premium payout rule, where they added an additional statement, stating that "due to extensive audit procedure, we cannot guarantee this."

Arguments over Payout

The payout delay does not only concerns Non-premium members now. It seemed to have escalated further, and now involves even Premium members, including those with the Bux.to cards. With this respect, people are demanding that the site should hire some additional staff to help with the auditing. This move, however, seems risky, as hiring additional men is a factor that could affect the business (Human Factor), most especially if the men they hire are absolute strangers to them. Therefore, while Bux.to does not comment on this, they still keep things running the way they are right now. They are doing this rather than make a mistake that they would only regret in the future.

Members, in this kind of business, appears to be at the losing end, as the site determines who gets paid and who gets not. And since the people agreed to the site's TOS upon joining, it's the people who are liable for their own action, thus, rendering the site free from any harm. However, while this is true, the people still have the right to get paid, and if the site turns out to be just another ponzi scheme, this would invalidate the site's very own TOS.

We know very well that Bux.to is not the kind of site who would just throw away their good reputation just like that, but we could not also disregard the fact that Bux.to has our money, and they could run away anytime if they want to. The admin of the said site, however, confidently states that Bux.to can afford to pay even a million members.. now, this statement is a reassurance, and tells everybody that the site is doing fine. And since this business is working out for them, and earns them a good profit, it would be very unlikely for them to do the wrong deed. True, but still, the long payout delays seemed to have worried everyone already.

Currently, Bux.to is finding some solutions to solve the problem. They are currently creating a new script, which they hope to speed things up. This script had already been tested on the site, and seems to be working right, however, Bux.to has not permanently incorporated it to the site yet, that is since it is in its early beta stages, and that they are not yet sure if it's free from bugs that would only help aggravate the situation later on.

Some Truth about the Site

Bux.to are not joking when they say that they have many accounts to settle. Bux.to still ranks the highest when it comes to PTC, with over 1.5 million members, evidenced by the Alexa graph below.

Could the delay be all because of this?

Conclusion

Bux.to is still the top PTC site you would ever find. Nothing of its members/former members say could make it tremble. As for the payouts, we could really do nothing but patiently wait.. Moreover, it would only be wise to support it rather than help bring it down. You see, we are all riding this wagon, if it goes down, we all go down with it.

HKBux Changes

The PTC site, HKBux, is currently undergoing some changes. While I'm not an active clicker on their site, there are things I have read on their site and forum. The first thing that catches my attention is when they announced that they were under attack on May 7, then the closure of their old forum due to spam. The other things are the announcements of HKBux regarding the ads. It appears that they will temporarily be running under temporary ads, but they say that they will be back on July, and by that time, they will have a new script, a new design, and a new payment method. They said that they are also open for the sell auction. People are given the chance to negotiate for pricing. However, the admin also said that if there is no investor or buyer, HKBux will change the PTC script and will pay again, which is of course, going to happen somewhere in July.

There was already a delay regarding HKBux relaunching, the said site was once announced to relaunch on June, unfortunately, the admin didn't have much time to finish the new script. He added that he plans to start paying again as soon as everything is settled, and will be deleting all members who were not logging in for at least a month, after that he will start paying through another payment processor, which is called GGepay, a payment processor located in New York, US, and run by a webmaster from China.

Buxology is down but not out

The new PTC site Buxology.com is currently down due to host-related issues. Apparently, the admin, Creonx, hires someone to negotiate with a host, unfortunately, this person whom Creonx had trusted forgot to pay the bills, thus, the site was put out of commission. However, the admin assures that Buxology has not stopped. They promise to return on Monday, and will be running under a new script.

Aglocomails: Unsustainable PTR

Aglocomails is one of the unsustainable PTR websites on the Internet today. This website belongs to the scam list simply because they offer false promises to those who should know better. Imagine, they promise to credit 100 USD for an eMail, urges you to upgrade so you could earn more (they do mean more than a hundred dollars), gives you 1 USD for referring people into the trap, Pays 10 USD per ad clicked, offers 50 USD just for a signup, offers to pay 500 USD for an upgrade, and they promise to give you 10% bonus earnings from your referral. Your minimum cashout is 20,000 USD, and they say that it's easy to reach. Moreover, they also say that you can make money safely, legitimately, and easily. Well, considering the conditions they provided, I say do not take their word for it! Who are they fooling anyway? We know for a fact that offers like these are empty! And in case, you didn't notice, they don't have advertisers who finances their campaign, so where are they getting the money they use to pay the members? That's the big question!

They have Testimonies! Not..

They have a few Pay statements on their site to prove themselves legitimate, yeah right.. I could create fake account statements with Adobe Photoshop if I want to.. On top of that, these are not statements submitted by the members, but statements created by the scam artists of the site, and the funny thing is, they say that they had paid thousands of members, when all they could provide are a few of it.

PlusBux found a Sponsor

Yesterday, we read the admin's announcement regarding PlusBux's auction, but to our surprise, the admin announced today that they had found a sponsor, and that they are going to continue the PTC business. This was kind of fast as they had found it just overnight, considering how difficult it is. This shows that PlusBux's administrators are really dedicated to the business, however, this does not guarantee that the business will stay. PlusBux still had to deal with a lot of problems, including competition, and hopefully, their admin team could handle the load. So far, they had proven how well they could handle the business, but the question is, can they do it again? Well, let's give them a chance..

Currently, PlusBux is installing a new script on their site, they promise to show more features in a few days to come.

PlusBux for sale!

The high earner (0.15 cent per ad clicked) site PlusBux is currently for sale, following a recent problem with Alertpay, where their account stood frozen, and thus, were forced to verify.

The admin of PlusBux had spoken on their forum and said that the move of selling the site was to prevent their members from losing their money. They also apologized for their mistake with Alertpay. We don't exactly understand what they mean by this, but it appears that PlusBux was at odds with the said Account Processor.

Less Ads at PlusBux

During our stay on the site as a clicker, we notice that the site only had some few ads to click, we immediately thought that the site was on a verge of collapse, but we dismissed that thought since PlusBux was a new site and had proven itself capable of paying its members, evidenced by a dozen of testimonies. Moreover, we were a regular member so we really can't expect to see a lot of ads with this status, but as weeks go by, PlusBux was gradually showing its condition, and it's really getting worser. And now, with the Alertpay problem, the site is doomed!

The growing competition among PTC businesses has really heated up, this is really survival of the fittest. New sites keep on appearing and another one disappears. We could only wonder which PTC site would stand out till the end. As for PlusBux, we're sorry to say, but let's face it.. it had bitten the dust.

TeaHotSpot.com: More Pharmacy Express Bogus

OK, let's pretend to as if don't know that this crap for a site is scam. Come on, promoting their business through spam? What legit can come out from it? Pharmacy Express has been branded as scam for a long time already for spamming and scamming, claiming to be approved by the FDA when they are not, yet, this crap doesn't even know when to cease on existing.

One of their dummy url is TeaHotSpot.com, from the name itself, it does sound like gibberish, yet, know that some people still keep on falling for it, and helps financing these suckers.. better spread the word on this to stop these kind of nonsense once and for all.

Bux3 is gone?

Bux3, the site reputed to be one of the leading PTC sites today mysteriously vanish without any word. We currently don't have any idea regarding its disappearance, but we believe that the site had only some site maintenance problems, which hopefully would get fix soon enough.

All the Bux3 sister sites that share the same server with Bux3 is currently down, including the forums. The site once access returns an invalid response that makes it inaccessible to web browsers. Bux3 had been one of the largest PTC sites out there and it's unlikely that it would go down without any struggles, that's we believe at least, but we'll only find the truth with it returns.

Adsneed.com: No pay to read Emails

Adsneed is one of those non-paying PTR (Paid to Read Emails) sites that's still online today, but had long died out from the competition. Of course, who would patronize scam anyway? And that is why scam sites always lose the war.

This site offers to pay 1-2 cents per read email, this is a high offer if you'll ask me. So far the highest offer a site could give per email is 1 cent, but this site definitely breaks the norms. Moreover, this site also seems to lack a TOS (Terms of Service) for it to be legit.

Adsneed is currently under blacklist, and you can find them on most PTC/PTR clickers scam list. The site now fails to thrive because of this boycott.

PhraseAtom.com: Scientific name for Canadian Pharmacy Scam

The #1 Internet Online Scam is at it again with another domain name to cloak its malicious intention. The name is PhraseAtom, and while it may sound scientific, it's actually just another dummy domain name for Canadian Pharmacy, an online scam that disguises itself as a store that have been branded as scam by the Internet Community. Do not buy anything from this scam!

Another loser has thrown spam mails on the Internet, this time, a mail that redirects you to Tyuan.altervista.org's malicious links. This is what the mail looks like...

I knew as soon as I opened the mail that it was a trap, seeing how good it excites my curiosity, nevertheless, I was curious and wanted to open it so badly in order to find out what's the link for, however, before doing anything stupid, I activated my PC's defenses just to be on the safe side. With all set, I ventured into the spam link..

The link redirected me to a page that further redirects me to a page that loads a trojan injector, identified as Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.nvk by Kaspersky Internet Security Suite. My computer attempted to download a .exe file that has undefined purpose. See picture below..

I dare not install the file anymore, but judging on how the spammer wanted it on your computer so badly could tell you that the spammer is up to no good.

Now note that viruses like these could damage your computer, but it's better compared to a virus that steals your personal information, as this could often lead to your account being hacked by unknown individuals.

AdsBux.org: Realistic PTC Scam

While other scam sites uses delusional tactics to scam people, AdsBux uses realistic approaches. This site is the same as the common PTC sites today, with a $0.01 pay to click offer, and a referral earning bonus, unfortunately, it's nothing compared to legitimate PTC sites, because while the legit ones pay, this one don't. And in case, you didn't notice, this site don't even have a TOS. So don't wonder why they don't have one, you see, not having it means no liability.

AdsBux is among those sites that are subject to fall, for while legitimate sites thrive, this site gets left behind. This has always been the fate of those who can't do honest business, and as the saying goes.. good begets good, bad begets bad.

Scam Reports on this site

There were people reporting this site as a non-paying (scam) site. From what we've read, this site, at first, gives you ads to click, however, as you are about to reach payout, they start to limit the number of ads available on the site, making it impossible for you to reach payout. Moreover, we never seen not a single individual paid by this site. To top it all, this site is found on almost everyone's scam list.

AdverBux is back!

AdverBux is now back in business, this time, on a more powerful server. Unfortunately, while the problem with the DOS attack was solve, the site had suffered damages on its database, resulting in account deletions. The admin, SeanyBob, ask every AdverBux member who lost their account to re-register and to contact him. He will try to restore all lost earnings, and referrals.

According to SeanyBob, the DOS attack had been planned well by skillful hackers, and it originated from China. It's possible that the hackers were trying to hack the site of funds. Now, we don't know if there were funds stolen from the site, but so far, we didn't hear/read SeanyBob mention anything about it. And, as a result of this incident, AdverBux was forced to enforce Country Limitations. The site is now only open to United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada users. Thanks to the losers who tried to hack the site, AdverBux has now closed its doors to other countries, most especially to China!

ActivePTR.net: Get Scam and Trojan for Free!

Among the sites that you should avoid is ActivePTR.net. This site not only boast obnoxious offers, but also adopts a Trojan (Trojan-Clicker.HTML.IFrame.lr -Kaspersky); reserved just for the unwary visitors. The clown behind this site is a generous one I must say, imagine, you not only get scammed for joining the site, you also get a bonus virus infection. Heh heh heh... (evil laugh).

It's 100% Scam

You may ask, on what grounds am I saying this? For grounds, I could cite the dog (virus) on its very doorstep that's offering you a nice bite in the butt. Then they offer some deals that could reach the peak of Mt. Everest, when in reality, the site don't even have the capacity to pay you a penny. Moreover, if you search the net about this site, you'll almost find them in everyone's scam list. Now, how's that for grounds?

Gladgave.com: More Canadian Pharmacy Scam

Scammers never fail to act stupid and to prove how idiotic one can be, they throw another spam with a stupid name for a website. Gladgave.com, a name taken after one of the vivid imaginations of the scam artists. It really sounds alien-like and it is. We don't know what martian name they named it after, but scammers believe that fooling others and robbing them of their money could suffice for whatever shame they put themselves into. That's how a criminal mind behaves.. but who could blame them? Idiots will always be idiots. So to speak, scammers will always be scammers.

The Scam!

Gladgave.com is one of Canadian Pharmacy site's dummy links. The site is popularly known in conducting illegal transactions, and it had proven itself time and time again. The spam links doesn't seem to diminish though, and it seems that the crooks still have money to spare. It's a pity though that businesses like these are meant to fall as people become more and more aware of their tactics.

If you see scams like these, just ignore it. We will keep you updated on new links made by the bad guys.

BoostBux.info bites the dust!

PTC business just pops out of thin air these days, but some of them vanishes just as fast as they popped up. One of these vanishing sites is BoostBux.info. A couple of weeks ago, we've seen this site advertised on some PTC sites, including IsabelMarco's. The offers are similar to any standard PTC site, with a $0.01 earning per ad clicked. And while it offers only 50% referral earnings, it compensates it with a low $3 payout, which can be made everyday and are processed through Alertpay in 7-10 business day. Yet, none of it matters anymore, as this site is now officially dead!

Reasons of Downfall

As said by the admin, it could not operate with an Ad-only system. It looks like this site lacks upgraders to start with. And so, with the constant strain on payouts, the low number of real advertisers, and the lack of upgraders, the site seemed to have finally worn out. The 50% referral earnings seems not to be much of an attraction afterall.

It's sad to see an honest PTC site gone, but this is how the PTC biz goes. Competition is greater with more and more PTC sites gets added in the mix up, the stakes are higher nowadays, and if you fail to equal in terms of rivalry, you'll also most likely fail to make the cut.

Bux.to doubts start to build up!

There were a couple of bad rumors already arising from this PTC giant, and we've noticed some unusual stuff going on in the site ourselves. The shocking revelation revealed to us by Paid.vg's admin about Bux.to and with the GPTBoycott boycotting this site are reasons enough to put us on Alert Mode. However, note that the said factors has not greatly affected our confidence with the site, but the warning signs we've seen on the site ourselves tell us not to completely trust this site, and that is why we are currently putting this site under further investigation.

From Paypal to Alertpay

Paypal is a trusted entity owned by Ebay, which highly protects its users from fraud. For a site using Paypal, it certainly shows that the site has high standards. As for Paypal freezing Bux.to's account, it must mean that the site had some unhappy members who reported the site to Paypal. We don't know for sure what that reasons are, but we can bet that they are concerning account upgraders/referral buyers who got their account deleted for some reason. There may still be other reasons, but I'm sure that Paypal is not the type of entity who would just freeze an account without good reason.

The Paypal incident had already delivered a blow on Bux.to, and this prompted the site to switch to Alertpay.

Cheating Incidents

Bux.to had been reported to have vulnerabilities when it comes to cheating. Some people had reported that the site could be cheated. One cheat allows you to gain more cents, and another regards multiple account creation, thus, ruining the PTC business. This certainly helps pull the site down, however, we still cannot confirm some of these rumors, that is except for the multi-account cheat, which had been proven to us by a friend through an experimental model.

Low Outside Advertisers, and More Site Promotion

We've noticed that Bux.to has changed in terms of ad availability. We've joined this site as a Free Member since January, and we've seen a lot of outside advertisers the first time we got on this site, however, it seems that there are only a few of them advertising on this site nowadays. The site now shows a lot of site promotional ads that are funded by the site itself. They are still worth 1c each, but the fact that they are funded by the site means a lose for the site, however, we can suffice to say that this move is essential to gain more advertisers, upgraders, and referral buyers, since these are all needed to keep the system running.

We are currently running under Free Member, so we cannot determine if there are more outside advertiser ads, exclusive only for Upgraded Members. We've heard that those who Upgraded gets to see at least 20 ads per day. Maybe Bux.to had most of their outside advertisers open for viewing only to premium members, unfortunately we could not confirm this possibility.

Delayed Payouts

Payouts are being delayed for more than 2 mos. to some, most especially among the Free Members. We already have a pending payout which is more than 60 days old, and this violates Bux.to's very own TOS. If they can't pay on time, it means one thing.. they have a problem maintaining the stability of the site. Moreover, not paying on time could mean that they don't have enough funds to pay everybody.

Weighing the good and bad factors

There is no perfect business model existing in this world today. Every business model has its weaknesses and vulnerabilities, so to say, every business always has a tendency to fall no matter how strong it is. Bux.to had proven itself capable of surviving many trials but this does not mean that they are totally unbreakable.

Now, Bux.to had provided enough proof that it is a tried and true system and that it works for everyone. There are too many proof from its members that provides substantial evidence for its legitimacy, and so far, only a few ever had any complaints, that is why Bux.to could still be classified under the legitimate wing. However, we have not received any payments from this site and this is not a good sign for what we believe as a strong PTC site. Moreover, we cannot also deny the possibilities mentioned earlier. With this same reason, we are removing this site from our list of Paying Sites until they show us the money.

Paid.vg is closing!

On April 25th 2008, the admin of Paid.vg finally release a notice informing the public that the site, Paid.vg, will be scheduled for closing. He also informed the members of what has been transpiring behind Paid.vg, and revealed some shocking secrets about the PTC business.

He told the public that he had been trying to save the site, and had spent a solid month improving the original $30 Bux script, moreover, he also said that he opened BuxUp to help finance Paid.vg, to prevent it from falling, but, he also admitted that he failed. Thus, he made the decision to close the site for good. However, he did left a Temporary Forum for discussions. He promised to reimburse the money to those who lost out from Paid.vg, while giving those who lost nothing or profited from the site the least priority. He promised to do this using the $3,120 remaining in his account.

As for Paid.vg's failure, he blamed it on the PTC business model. The admin told us that the model used on PTC businesses were not good, furthermore, he told us that the picture that is created for the user is, the ads that the user clicks are funded by advertisers who are external to the site, but that is not the case on 99.99% PTC Sites. He said that most PTC Sites have only one or two occasional outside advertisers, and the site itself funds nearly all of the ads, meaning, the money paid out to the users is from those who pay for upgrades or referrals. He also stated that the first launch on a PTC may seem like the site is doing well, referrals and upgrades are bought in abundance, however, after a few weeks or months, the payment requests start flooding in. The requests eventually amount to more than is being earned by the site, therefore, in the end, the model doesn't work and there are always people who lose out.

The admin of Paid.vg also warned us about Bux.to, he said that he was glad that Paid.vg never expanded as quickly as Bux.to. He then commented that Bux.to is a ticking time bomb that is waiting to go off. It is far bigger than any PTC should be.

We have seen how he shown discontent on the PTC business, yet, he contradicted himself by saying that he likes to leave the PTC area, but would keep BuxUp (a PTC site) running. He, however, justified it by assuring that BuxUp will only be featuring ads that were funded by advertisers.

Another good PTC that pays!

Today, I requested for a payout on one of the PTC sites that I joined, namely, Prowling Panther PTC, and received my pay in just a matter of few hours. I found this site in one of my experimental PTC sites, and after reading some testimonial from a member, I also give it a try.

It took me several days to reach my payout but I must say, it's worth it. Just this evening, I got an email, informing me of a $1.01 deposited on my Alertpay Account. I opened my Alertpay account to verify, and it really is there. Here's the proof..

Alertpay, however, charges a small fee, so I was left with 70+ cents, Oh well.. At least, Prowling Panther PTC did kept its part of the bargain.

What this Site is all about?

Prowling Panther is a PTC/PTR site offering ads worth $0.0025 - $0.005 PTC ads, $0.003 - $0.006 PTR ads, and some points which you could convert to advertising points. The minimum payout for this site is $1.00 via Alertpay.

This site also offers a 50% Referral Earnings for Free Members (Higher for Upgraded Members). It has an anti-cheat system just like CoinMachine, and seems to be using the same script as well, with a bit of slight modifications.

As a Free Member, I could earn a bit faster here compared to CoinMachine. That is maybe because the ads here are worth a bit higher, and you can find a bit more of em. Currently, it has 2000+ members, and seems to still increase in number. It's a good site and I could recommend it because it is among the legitimate.

And with a good name, a good reputation, and a wonderful admin, this site is sure to flourish; all it needs is time and some promotion.
